Subject:Classic public information film
I've seen this a few times on TV, it's great to have stuff like this on the archive.
After some of semi-relevant slapstick, we are treated to my personal favourite public information film star spreading disease and pestilence to his fellow men via the most implausible-sounding sneezes ever recorded, "WHOOOF! WHOOF! WHOOF!".
Then, the stern and very 1940s narrator grabs the man and sits him down for a lesson in the correct employment of a handkerchief.
This man's dopey facial expression is priceless, and the film is well worth watching just for that and the WHOOF sound effect.
